
徐承杰,男,中共党员,1982年10月生,湖北省汉川人。现为湖南工业大学理学院院长,教授,博士研究生导师,湖南省运筹学会常务理事,湖南省数学学会理事,湖南工业大学“奋进人才”。主要从事多智能体系统协调控制及其应用、偏微分系统控制、智能电网协调控制等研究工作,以第一作者(或通信作者)发表SCI及EI论文40余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇,热点论文1篇,主持国家自然科学基金2项,省部级项目5项,省一流课程1项,参与省部级及以上项目10余项。
