徐承杰，男，中共党员,1982年10月生,湖北省汉川人。现为湖南工业大学理学院副院长，教授,硕士研究生导师，湖南省数学学会理事，湖南工业大学“奋进人才”。主要从事多智能体系统协调控制及其应用、非线性控制、智能电网协调控制等研究工作，以第一作者(或通信作者)发表SCI及EI论文30余篇，其中IEEE Transactions汇刊论文7篇，ESI高被引论文3篇，主持国家自然科学基金2项，省部级项目5项，省一流课程1项，参与省部级及以上项目10余项。
