刘金成(1989-),湖南益阳人,博士。2020年硕博连读毕业于吉林大学凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位。主要从事钙钛矿型固体氧化物燃料电池电极材料的开发与研究,在国内外学术期刊上公开发表论文10余篇;主持湖南省教育厅项目1项,参与湖南省教育厅项目2项。
