赵丽芳（1989-），河南新乡人，博士。2013年毕业于河南大学数学系，获学士学位；2016年毕业于华中师范大学数学系运筹学与控制论专业，获硕士学位；2020年毕业于兰州大学数学系应用数学专业，获博士学位。主要从事于图的拓扑指标以及匹配理论方面的研究，参与多项国家自然科学基金项目以及主持1项华中师范大学优秀博士学位论文培育计划资助项目，在国内外学术期刊上公开发表论文5篇，被SCI检索5篇。
